Seven Seas Fresh Seafood takes pride in the exceptional quality of its Seafood, the way in which it is presented, and the service standards in which we uphold. If a customer is disappointed with the service, amount, or quality of Seafood, we will address the client's complaints and take a balanced approach to recompense the client to guarantee a positive outcome.
Fresh and Frozen Seafood
Our products include both fresh and frozen seafood. Any complaint that entitles you to a replacement or refund must be raised on the same day of delivery. Any claims raised after delivery day will not be addressed by Seven Seas. The product must be returned in order to receive a full shop credit or refund.
Frozen goods must be returned in their original packaging to get a full store credit or refund.
Seven Seas Fresh Seafood reserve the right to request photographic evidence relating to complaints and claims.
